My First Car and Timothy McVeigh's Marquis

Don't you think this is at least a little bit coincidental?  The '72 Dodge Colt was my first car, but had this embarrassing red door at a time when I knew absolutely nothing about "doorways" and "portals" or even about the color red.  I just knew I wanted it to match!  Now looking back, that door has some ominous implications, even if I got a solid gold replacement Dodge Colt a year later.  (Thanks Mom)

Below that is Timothy McVeigh's Mercury Marquis, a '77 even!!  Since I was born 706667 days after Jesus died the two 7's and the 72 seem almost on purpose.

I also recently found a video with a car of sorts with a red door that I thought must be about myself.  Isn't everything about me after all?  LOL  I wish I was just kidding. It's called Mad World and when they panned over to the basketball court I took it as a clue it was me.  The Phoenix Suns were born the year I was born.

Scroll down to the bottom of page to view it.  I set the video to start where the car with the red door is but you might want to start from the beginning, unless you get too sad listening, which I really do.  Yet I listen again and again.  Glutton.
